Leadership
is learned behavior that becomes unconscious and automatic over time. For example, leaders can make several
important decisions about an issue in the time it takes others to understand
the question. Many people wonder how
leaders know how to make the best decisions, often under immense pressure. The process of making these decisions comes
from an accumulation of experiences and encounters with a multitude of
different circumstances, personality types and unforeseen failures. More so, the decision making process is an
acute understanding of being familiar with the cause and effect of behavioral
and circumstantial patterns; knowing the
intelligence and interconnection points of the variables involved in these
patterns allows a leader to confidently make decisions and project the
probability of their desired outcomes.
Hon.
Ben Rollands Igbakpa is a man who knows people by their names down to the grass
root; he is a great decision maker, an intellectual who thinks very well before
swinging into action. The most successful leaders are instinctual decision
makers. Having done it so many times
throughout his career, he has become immune to the pressure associated with
decision making and extremely intuitive about the process of making the most
strategic and best decisions, this is why we must support him.

leaders intimidate their followers with their title and power. Hon. Ben Rolland Igbakpa always deflects
attention away from himself just to encourage people to voice their
opinions. He is an expert at making
others feel safe to speak-up and confidently share their perspectives and
points of view. He always uses his
executive presence to create an approachable environment for his people.

Hon. Ben
Rollands Igbakpa is a great communicator, when it comes to “performance
expectations.” He always remind his followers about his core value and mission statement – ensuring
that their vision is properly translated and actionable objectives are properly
executed.

He is a
leader that understands his follower’s mindsets, capabilities and areas for
improvement. He uses this knowledge/insight
to challenge them to think and stretch them to reach for more. He always make them understand that if they don’t
think, they will not learn new things, and if they don’t learn new things they
will not grow and over time becoming irrelevant in their work.
Our fundamental
duty is to do what is right to enable history judge us right. Hon. Ben Rollands
